Carmen is an IT and financing executive with over 20 years of experience in international management positions. She co-founded one of the first IT companies in Romania, which IBM later acquired.

Throughout her career, Carmen has held leadership roles in financing operations across various regions, including South Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, and Italy. She was also Vice President of Business Analytics at IBM Global Business Services. In 2015, she became CEO of 3stepIT, a Nordic scale-up offering circular technology management services.

Four years later, in 2019, Carmen was instrumental in the launch of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, a joint venture between 3stepIT and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, of which Carmen is CEO today. An accomplished international speaker,
