François Millot joined the leasing industry in 1990 at Sovac Entreprises, after several years in consulting.

After 10 years in Sovac then GE Capital, in various roles (FP&A, BD, Marketing) he joined a market place start-up then Suez, and back to Finance in CNH Capital in 2003.

After European Marketing and Country Manager, he became head of retail finance Europe then EMEA for CNH, then CNH + Iveco. Now head of CNH Financial Services for EMEA.

In Parallel, he was CEO of CNH CE, the retail JV with BPLS, and now CEO of IC Financial Services, the regulated FS entity in Iveco Group ​
