Jochen Jehmlich is the former CEO at Societe Generale Equipment Finance.

He began his career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and specialised in corporate client activities. In 1990 he moved to GEFA Group and assumed several leading positions in sales.

In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director and joined Societe Generale in 2001 when GEFA Group was acquired. In 2003 he became Chief Executive Officer of the GEFA Group.

In addition to that role, he was also appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Equipment Finance on 1 November 2014.

He was appointed Head of the Equipment Finance businesses and CEO of GEFA Bank in 2017.

He has a Diploma in Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt.
