Bringing a unique combination of experience in finance, investment, and technology programme management, Emily has led Alfa’s product direction since 2022.

Her background includes roles at top-tier financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, as well as serving as a portfolio manager at a large hedge fund. Emily has developed her skills leading complex Scaled Agile programmes, working with traditional methodologies, and driving tech start-ups.
